Panelized Home Package: Your Nelson home package includes walls, roof trusses, floor system, insulation, sheetrock, windows, doors, interior trim hardware and more.

The Nelson Factory:The components of your home are built in climate-controlled factories located in Lloydminster, Alberta. Nelson’s high quality lumber, coupled with the state-of-the-art technology and equipment, ensures superb accuracy in your home. Even the most complex systems can be handled.

Quality Material: Only top grade building materials, selected directly from lumber mills and manufactures are used. Our lumber is Premium and #2 or Better .

Customized to Suit Your needs: We have over 100 plans available including homes, cottages, and multi-unit dwellings. We have plans for young families just getting started, to elaborate and executive styles. Our talented design team can assist you in modifying any plan to suit your needs.

Delivery: Across the country or around the world, Nelson Homes has guaranteed, on-time delivery of your panelized home. Most homes are shipped in 2-3 loads. The first load consists of the framing material and the last load consists of the finish materials. Custom drop-deck trailers are used for shipping to conventional building sites. For more remote areas your package may be delivered by barge, train and/or helicopter.
